OUR EXPERIENCE ON SITE – YOUR HEALTHY KITCHEN
We were at the Local unit in Cascais for breakfast. The Cascais unit is located on the upper floor of the village market, a fresh produce market. The dishes were so well served that it was more like brunch than breakfast.

We decided to order two Natural fermentation bread bruschetta (mother dough bread), that of Spinach and Mushrooms over Hummus which was naturally vegan and Avocado, Cherry Tomato and Feta Crush, without the feta cheese to go vegan. They were huge and super neat.

To share, we ask Cocoa Pancakes, which came with banana, homemade nutella (we confirmed it was vegan) and cashew cream. They are made from buckwheat and, besides being beautiful, they were delicious! We left the restaurant super satisfied and ready for another day of sightseeing.
