LAS VEGAS: TREVI – ITALIAN RESTAURANT AT CAESARS PALACE
It is very easy to find Trevi, the Italian restaurant at Caesars Palace that is our suggestion of the time! Just leave the casino area and enter the Forum Shops, an area that replicates Ancient Rome with sumptuous statues and a ceiling that mimics an open sky day. Right in the center of a beautiful square next to a statue of Zeus, the Trevi is located.
The statue of Zeus is beautiful and is right next to the entrance to the restaurant. For those who have been to Rome, the idea of the place is precisely to recreate the atmosphere of the city, with tables in the open on a sidewalk. Granted, Caesars Palace is not Rome, but the hotel goes to great lengths to bring out the atmosphere of the beautiful Italian city.
Before going to the restaurant, we made a reservation through OpenTable, but the restaurant was very quiet and there would be tables even if the reservation had not been made. The atmosphere is very nice and the atmosphere cozy.
The waiter soon came to the table and offered the menu, all attentive, in addition to bringing a basket of breads with olive oil (and balsamic vinegar, but this time we only used olive oil). In addition to the tables in the outdoor area, there are several high chairs in the bar area, where a television is showing sports news.
Trevi's menu is very varied, with several options for appetizers, soups, salads, pizzas and, of course, pasta. In addition, there are several options for dishes with meat, poultry, veal and fish. In other words, Trevi's menu can please all tastes. The main course chosen was the Ravioli Alla Vodka, which was a little more spicy for Ana's taste, which is a little sensitive to stronger seasonings, but the pasta was very tasty and we had excellent service from the staff, who they left nothing.
Unfortunately, there was no space left to include dessert, but the restaurant's menu offers options that include tiramisu, crème brûlée, cheesecake and Italian cake.
