THE HOUSTON ROCKETS BASKETBALL TEAM
Founded in 1967 as the San Diego Rockets, the Houston Rockets is a professional basketball team in the NBA (National Basketball Association), the main basketball league on the planet. The team was relocated to Houston in 1971 and, throughout its history, has won two NBA championships and four Western Conference titles.
Currently, he sends his games on Toyota Center, a multidisciplinary gym with capacity for more than 18 thousand people, which was built between 2001 and 2003. OUR EXPERIENCE WATCHING THE HOUSTON ROCKETS
We love sports and whenever we can, we include some sporting experience in our trips. Our visit to Houston was no different! As we were only going to spend a short time in the city, we hadn't planned in advance to watch a basketball match and we ended up deciding to go about 2 hours in advance. The tickets were at very affordable prices and we bought them through a resale website. How we stayed at the great Cambria Hotel Houston Downtown Convention Center in the city center, we took about a 15 minute walk to the Toyota Center, which was very convenient since we didn't have to worry about public transportation.
The whole experience was so much fun! The game ended with the following score: Houston Rockets 117 x 123 Indiana Pacers. Although the Houston Rockets were not at their best, it was a very interesting experience to visit the Toyota Center and be able to see its excellent structure up close.
