OUR EXPERIENCE AT TAHOE VISTANA INN

We've been to the Lake Tahoe area several times, but we always stayed in South Lake Tahoe, the city south of the lake. This time, our focus was on a hotel that was dog friendly, since the purpose of the trip was to take our little Luna to play in the snow. It is a minority of hotels that offer rooms where pets are allowed. During our searches, the Tahoe Vistana Inn seemed like an excellent alternative. We booked and not only did we not regret it, but we highly consider staying at the place again.

O Tahoe Vistana Inn it is a 3 star hotel which is a cutie. Has excellent service and the Rooms are decorated in log cabin style, all rustic but with great taste. As we went in the snow season, we rented a room with a full kitchen. Those who travel with dogs know that they are not accepted inside restaurant halls. Even those that are dog friendly serve customers in outdoor patios or outside areas. But in winter, these places close because of the low temperatures. So we had to have a place to prepare our meals. When we contacted them, they even offered a discount for the pet fee for us to stay more days at the place.

EXTERNAL AREA

Our room was huge and we had plenty of space to put our things and for Luna to move around. She loved the environment, as she just opened the glass door and she ran out into the snow. By the way, we love the outdoor area!

Luna had plenty of space to run and play and had fun like never before in the snow. In the summer it must be a pretty cool place too. The hotel is super charming and is a great alternative for couples who are looking for a more cozy environment with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe.
