OUR EXPERIENCE IN THE ROYAL BRIDGES PORT

We arrived on a Saturday morning at Porto airport, we went directly to the hotel. It wasn't yet check-in time, but we left our bags there while we went for a walk around the city center and had lunch. The location is super convenient and we walked around the historic center without any difficulties. When we visited the city in May 2022, there was construction work on the nearby subway station, and one of the hotel's street access sides was blocked. Which was no problem as we didn't hear any noise that bothered us. At the reception, there are both Portuguese and Brazilian employees, all very polite.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with large windows overlooking the hotel's street. It had a safe, minibar, air conditioning, quality wifi connection, bathroom with an excellent shower and big fluffy towels, comfortable beds and pillows that gave us great nights sleep.

The breakfast served on the top floor had several options including breads, fruits, cereals, juices and even custard tarts. It is possible to get a tray and take the coffee to the sunny terrace outside, but we prefer to stay inside just for the convenience of being close to the food/drinks. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and could have stayed longer! We have no doubt that it was an excellent choice to enjoy the beautiful city of Porto.
