GERMANY: TIPS ON WHERE TO EAT IN NUREMBERG
1. Bratwursthäusle
If you're looking for a place to eat in Nuremberg for a legitimate German experience, you can't miss the Bratwursthäusle. The place is always full and has that typical southern German atmosphere. The restaurant has large wooden tables to share with other customers (something very common in the country). On the table, a basket of delicious pretzels that you pick up and then tell the waiter how many you've eaten. The kitchen is in the middle of the hall and you can see the cooks preparing the dishes there, close to you. The restaurant's specialty is various types of German sausages served on heart-shaped metal plates! Isn't it cute? You can choose between sauerkraut or mashed potatoes as a side dish. A very nice experience to really get into the local gastronomy.

2. Provenza Caffe – Ristorante
For those who want to try a variety of pork and potatoes, a good choice is this restaurant with Italian cuisine located in the central square of the city of Nuremberg. The dishes are generous and the place is cute, decorated in wood and lights that allow the interior to be super cozy. We were there for dinner and enjoyed a glass of wine, but the restaurant has been open since breakfast with a very varied menu.
